Position: Part-Time or Full-Time
About the Role
As a Childcare Assistant, you’ll support teachers and children in daily routines, play, and learning activities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone caring, dependable, and eager to grow in early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in safe, developmentally appropriate activities.
- Support teachers with classroom setup, cleaning, and organization.
- Assist children with self-help skills such as meals, dressing, and toileting.
- Help maintain a warm, positive environment for all children.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (early education coursework a plus).
- Previous childcare experience preferred but not required.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and medical clearance.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and guide teachers in curriculum planning and classroom quality.
- Oversee lesson plans and ensure compliance with childcare regulations.
- Lead training, evaluations, and professional development.
- Build strong relationships with families and staff.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (Preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in early learning, including leadership.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and medical clearance.
